Welcome to this comfortable Winterville home, designed for a relaxing stay with family, friends, or coworkers.
The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed has built-in pull-up storage where extra pillows and blankets are kept.
Guests can also enjoy a gas grill and gas fire pit outdoors. For safety, both amenities must be used responsibly and never left unattended. Children and pets should remain at least 3 feet away from hot surfaces. When using the grill, keep the lid open while lighting, clean the grates after use, and make sure both the burner knobs and main propane tank valve are fully turned off when finished.
The gas fire pit is for ambiance only. Food, marshmallows, hot dogs, or other items should never be cooked or roasted over it. Keep towels, paper, clothing, and other flammable materials away from the flames. After use, turn the fire pit fully off and allow it to cool for at least 45 minutes before replacing the cover.
Please note that the living room fireplace cannot be used for real fires. It contains battery-operated LED candles for ambiance only. Do not attempt to light the LED candles or place real candles, matches, wood, paper, or other combustible materials inside the fireplace.
Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and at the patio corner near the fire pit door.
The home is conveniently located in Winterville with access to local dining, shopping, everyday essentials, and nearby Greenville.

Use of the gas grill and gas fire pit is at your own risk and requires strict adherence to the property safety guidelines.
**Gas Grill**
- Keep the lid open when lighting.
- Never leave the grill unattended while in use.
- Keep children and pets at least 3 feet away.
- Clean the grates while still warm after use.
- Turn all burner knobs and the main propane tank valve completely OFF when finished.
**Gas Fire Pit**
- Do not cook or roast any food over the fire pit.
- Never leave it unattended while lit.
- Keep towels, paper, clothing, and other flammable items away.
- Turn it completely OFF after use.
- Allow at least 45 minutes for it to cool before replacing the cover.
**Living Room Fireplace**
The indoor fireplace is decorative only. Real wood, gas, paper, candles, or any other flame is strictly prohibited. Battery-operated LED candles are provided for ambiance and should never be lit with a flame.

CHECKOUT & LATE CHECKOUT POLICY
Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
We understand that travel plans can vary, and we are happy to accommodate a late checkout whenever our schedule allows. Late checkout requests must be submitted by 6:00 PM on the day before departure and are subject to availability. A late checkout is only approved once confirmed in writing by our team.
Our housekeeping teams follow scheduled routes across multiple properties, often with same-day guest arrivals. For this reason, the standard checkout time, or any approved late-checkout time must be respected.
An unapproved late departure, including remaining at the property beyond an approved late-checkout time, is subject to a $50 late-departure fee, requested through Airbnb, to cover third-party housekeeping disruption and associated costs.
