Welcome to Hobbit Hill - Tucked into a hillside, this quirky 600-square-foot home was built in the early 1930s in a charming Spanish-inspired style. It’s been part of our family for years and holds special memories for my husband and me, from our first holidays together to adventures with our dogs. We’re excited to share its warm, cozy energy with you! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or in the backyard, then take a short stroll to Midtown, local coffee shops, restaurants, and the river.
The space Hobbit Hill is a little different from the ordinary—and that’s exactly what we love about it. Cozy, funky, and full of character, this charming little home has a personality all its own, with unique touches that reflect the history and story of the property.
The space is warm and comfortable, with plenty of little details to make your stay feel special. The main bedroom includes the bathroom, and the cozy couch folds out into a full-size bed, making room for up to three guests.
Because Hobbit Hill is tucked into a hillside, there are quite a few stairs leading up to the property. While the climb is part of its tucked-away charm, it may not be the best fit for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
