The point is where it sits. Texas Renaissance Festival is about 21 minutes west. Festival weekends run longer. Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is about 26 minutes east. Texas A&M is about an hour north (tolls on TX-249; no-toll closer to 70). Woodlands hospitals are 21–28 minutes: MD Anderson, St. Luke’s, Texas Children’s, etc.

The space
It’s a single room with bathroom tiny home / out-building style structure.

Air conditioning built into the structure and a space heater is available when needed.

Other things to note
Chickens on the property and fresh eggs are available upon request (with limitations)
Toaster oven and mini refrigerator are in the room for regular use.
Barbecue Grill and of set smoker are available for use.
