Other residential units and any marked building utility, maintenance, or storage areas are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
This is a walk-up building with no elevator. Unit 8 is on the top floor and requires climbing two sets of stairs from the main entrance.

The apartment has radiator heat in the winter and window A/C during warmer months. The in-unit laundry is an all-in-one washer/dryer, so a complete wash and dry cycle can take longer than traditional separate machines.

This is a quiet residential building shared with long-term residents, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and the peaceful setting. Maximum occupancy is two guests, and pets are not permitted.
