This is an 81 acre secluded, forested property with private trails, views, fire pit, gas BBQ and more. Private UTV tour available if requested. Offered 3 night stay minimum. 25 minute drive to Oregon Shakespeare Festival, wonderful restaurants and Lithia Park. Starlink Wifi for fast and unlimited internet access.
The space
Apartment is located on second floor. Kitchen is appointed with coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, gas oven/stove, fridge, prep area, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Includes coffee, tea and water dispenser. One queen bed features a firm spring mattress, second queen bed features a firm memory foam mattress. Extra blankets and towels provided. Rooms stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Bluetooth/CD/Radio Stereo available. Link to your music on your phone or bring your favorite CDs. We offer Starlink internet and a work area in one of the bedrooms. Feel free to work or watch your favorite show on your computer or phone. Some books, games, puzzles are available for use.

Lovely deck off of one of the bedrooms with seating for four. Access to all outdoor areas. Gas and/or charcoal BBQ available. Private hiking trails. UTV. Camping. Access to weight room with Smith Gym available on request.
Other things to note
The property has lovely views of Mount Ashland and the Rogue Valley. You may hike on the property or use as launching point for other local destinations.
Close by you’ll find Grizzly Peak Trailhead, Emigrant Lake, Howard Prairie Lake and Lake of the Woods (30 min drive.) If wineries are on the itinerary, check out Belle Fiore Winery and Irvine and Roberts Vineyards.
In the City of Ashland, you’ll find the (3) theatres of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, wonderful restaurants and bars, live music and the beautiful Lithia Park. We have pickleball sets for those that want to play in the park! Ashland is home to Southern Oregon University, Mt. Ashland Ski Resort, and lots of unique retail shops and markets.
Outside of Ashland, enjoy the historic town of Jacksonville, the Britt Music and Arts Festival, the Rogue River and Crater Lake (1.5 hour drive.)
