Super cute 1 bedroom apartment in the Historic Brownes Addition area with bamboo floors in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Marble entryway. The bathroom has marble floors and a really neat shower that my dad made. :)
Walking distance to parks, dining and entertainment. This area is good for walking and bike riding.

The space
There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a 4” foam pad (size Full) that can be used on the floor in the bedroom or living room. Access to the only bathroom is through the living room.

Other things to note
Entrance is on the south side of the building with a RED door and a keypad. I try my best to make sure the space has everything you may need and is really clean! I know I expect a place to be clean when I am traveling. I want everyone to have a stress free stay!
