Welcome! Whether you are in need of a place while passing thru or plan to stay a while, we're hoping to make your stay feel relaxed and stress free.
Our 1 bedroom apt is located on the second floor of our historic building ( 24 stairs to be exact ) right in the heart of this charming little town. With being just steps away from restaurants, unique shops, both the Flat River as well as the Grand River, and several parks there's no shortage on things to do.

The space
We've got a queen pillow top bed suitable for two adults comfortably.
I do have the couch and a chair that converts into a bed to accommodate 1 to 2 children but understand the elliptical is in the unit so parents are responsible for the safety of their own children while staying in the apartment. The kitchen has full size appliances minus a dishwasher. We have provided enough dishes, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs for four guests. We also provide some cookware, towels and bedding. The living room centers with a couch, side chair, and fake fireplace. The right side of the living room has a desk area while the left side has been made into a small workout space. We have supplied it with bands, kettle-balls, yoga mat, and towels. In the summer months we do have a window air conditioning unit that will be put in to make hot n humid Michigan summers easier to handle.

Our Airbnb is made for self check in/out.
You will go in through the main glass door. Once inside you will take the stairway to the left. When you reach the top of the stairs (24 of them), we have keyless entry door knobs on the other two doors you will go through. I will always have spare keys available in the event that the battery went dead during your stay. ( this hasn’t happened yet to anyone ). The location of those keys will only be given out once you have contact myself due to too many keys lost and too many door knobs being replaced.

Other things to note
The parking is located directly behind our building, while the entrance is around the building to the front... and again there are 24 stairs to climb once you are in the building.
* note during winter months parking on side streets overnight is not advised. You could be ticketed or even towed if they are unable to plow.
