Within walking distance to parade/s, festivals, as well as to the beach, supermarkets and local restaurants. A great location for contract employees who work for nearby companies in the area.; BP, Unilever, Ford & others. This space presents more as a studio apartment then a private room.

I have provided great long-term accommodations (up to 2 1/2 years) to many contracted professionals . Their employers paid housing costs and in some cases the cost/s for them to return home on weekends.

The space
"The Parkview Manor" has shared its environment with tenants needing a place to call home while away from home on work assignments. This particular listing is similar to a “private studio with a large bedroom which is separate and upstairs”. It has a couch, tv, desk, microwave, and room-size refrigerator, and there are 2.5 bathrooms in this cozy home.

I have provided great long-term accommodations (up to 2 1/2 years) to many contracted professionals . Their employers paid housing costs and in some cases the cost/s for them to return home on weekends. I will consider longer-term accommodations for these kinds of professional folks who are here on extended contract/s. Co-workers who know each other and have a solid friendship or who are family members have stayed here together renting an extra upstairs bedroom at an additional charge. We are not equipped to handle partying here, however. The preference is for working professionals who are family folks away from home on longer term contracts with the local firms.

Guest access
Guests enter from and through a separate entryway and there is either street or garage parking available at a slight cost.

Other things to note
There is a loving friendly 2-year old Boxer in residence for those who might have allergies or are afraid of dogs. He is not permitted in guest rooms, and due to him having stomach sensitivities can only be fed a specified diet. My son visits and or stays on a regular bases and has his own room in my home for those occassions.
