A completely furnished small Ramada provides a protected area for outdoor dining and relaxation. A Weber natural gas grill gives you the opportunity to cook outside. Private off street parking is available next to the studio The galley kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated with new cabinets, tile, fixtures, appliances and Silestone countertops and shower walls. The main floor is covered in ceramic tile for comfort and easy cleaning. All of the contemporary furniture is new and special attention was made to provide high quality sleeper sofa. High speed wireless Internet service is provided as well as a new full HD 37“ flat screen. The TV is equipped with a Roku streaming device. No pets. No smoking inside. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty of linens and towels.

Other things to note Read this before you book!! The cleaning flee includes cleaning of the bathroom, floors countertops and other surfaces as well as washing of towels and linens. THAT’S IT!! Everything else should be left as you found it. That means the fridge should be clean, trash and recycling taken to the bins in the alley, all dishes, cutlery, and glasses cleaned. In addition, any major messes should be cleaned by you. If you are not comfortable with these guidelines, then please do not book! Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a bad review.
