MAX 4 human beings. You must put the correct number of people staying. I live on the property and have cameras. If you lie you will be escorted out with NO REFUND.

The space You get full use of (and the privacy) of the whole house. There is a stove, Keurig, and kitchen utensils. Bedroom has a computer desk and chair. You may cook but you must wash the dishes.

Other things to note The linens for the futon will be provided for reservations of 3 or more people. In addition, towels will be provided for the number of people on the reservation. if you only book for 2 people and would like linens for the futon let us know when you make the reservation
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. I live on premises. If you smoke inside you will be removed by the police and will not get a refund. This is a House Rule so if you violate it you will be escorted out no exceptions and NO REFUND
