My studio apartment is just the perfect place to hangout. There is a nice fire pit on the back patio and logs to relax with friends and enjoy the warm weather.
The black gravel parking space is for the use of the Studio guests. The main house guests park in the driveway.

The space
The outside English gardens are the perfect setting for a nice camp fire or perhaps a loungey hangout.

Please note that the property is by the water with lots of wildlife, mainly birds.

We also have well water which has a new water treatment system. The water is safe but it may have a slight mineral smell if it does contact me immediately. It just needs more salt. We want everyone to have a spectacular experience and based on all our fabulous reviews they do.

The heart of the City of Orlando is 12 miles. Universal and Disney are within 20-30 minutes. Lots to do and great places to see. This property has two apartments. They each have their own entrance and space. Nothing is shared.

Guest access
If guests need access to washer and dryer they have a keypad to enter the garage.

Other things to note
This is a beautiful studio. The queen size bed is a custom murphy bed. The couch folds down and the bottom of couch pops up. Very easy to set up and set down. It has a memory foam topping and duvet covers.
It's very comfortable. The shower is a nice walk in shower.
The kitchenette are has no stove. It has a toaster oven, 2 burner cook stove and a microwave. The apartment size refrigerator does have a freezer.
I do not have cable TV. We have high speed broadband and Netflix.
