Reservation Policy: Only individuals listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. Unauthorized guests are not permitted, as it is a violation of the rules.

Access to the Room: Guests should access the Efficiency through the back of the home to avoid disturbing guests staying in the front house.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If available, guests may request early check-in or late check-out, but there's a $35 fee for each, respectively.

Shared Backyard: Guests have access to the shared backyard and are encouraged to enjoy the outdoor space.

Self-Check-In: The property utilizes smartlock access, enabling guests to check-in independently.

Additional Guests: Any additional guests on the property must be registered, and there may be extra fees for guests arriving after midnight.

Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings from guests without prior Airbnb history or reviews are not accepted to ensure security and a positive experience.

Soundproofing: Guests should be aware that the Efficiency unit shares adjoining walls and doors with the front unit, so they are advised to be mindful of noise for the comfort of all guests.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Extra Guests: Any additional guests not mentioned during the booking process will not be allowed to sleep in the home.

Luggage Unpacking: Guests are requested to use a bench or chair when unpacking luggage to avoid damage to the bed.

Reviews: Guests are encouraged to check out your reviews to get feedback from previous visitors and gain confidence in their booking.

Exterior Camera: For the safety of guests and the home, an outside camera facing the parking space is present. Guests are asked not to block the camera, and any tampering will result in a fee.

No Pets: Due to severe allergies and shared AC vents, no pets are allowed in the home.

Designated Parking: Parking for the Efficiency unit is available in the driveway in front of the house, with additional parking on the street.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Guests with electric vehicles will be required to pay an additional utilities service fee of $50 per day for charging their vehicles.
