You'll have access to everything at the Tiny House as well as the yard. Make yourself at home.
Other things to note
1) The tiny house sits in the same yard as the main house which is often rented out on Airbnb. The two homes share a yard.
2) Main house Airbnb may have pets so be mindful when arriving! The guests should monitor their pets when guests are coming/going.
NOTE: I will charge $20 for picking up after your pet so please, please bring bags and dispose of them in the garbage cans in the parking area.
Please be mindful of other guests/pets if you will have your dog off leash in the yard. We've had guests dogs rush and knock over other guests which isn't cool if the other person has dogs or if they are afraid of them. There are some great dog parks within driving distance or the Sugar Creek Greenway is a few minutes walk from the house by Cordelia Park.
3) We often leave clean sheets in the dryer because we don't have the time to sit and wait for them. If you need to move them out feel free to! We are letting you know this in advance as some guests take issue with this for some reason. These sheets are clean and available for your use..
We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.
We may request a refundable rules and damage deposit from you anytime prior to your arrival. We typically will make you aware of this requirement prior to accepting your reservation so that you have the choice to move forward or not. However, we reserve the right to make this request prior to your arrival if we deem appropriate. This deposit will be refunded to you after check out as long as there are no damages or rule violations.
+Note: Do not send mail to the home. We recommend sending to a PO BOX locally or arranging some other pickup method for mail/packages.
