Ray's Tiny House is a new renovation on a 1940's cottage inspired by Eames, Dwell Magazine and Ikea. It is open, spacious and bright with a timeless modern flavor.

The cottage is located on nearly an acre of land with a great shared patio just outside the door. The mature trees and grounds feel like the country even though you're in center of town and just minutes away from everything.

It's like grandma's cottage in the woods if your grandma were Ray Eames or Florence Knoll.

The space
Open bright space in a country like setting. It is on the railroad tracks as this used to be the historic Buntyn Station. Some find the train charming others not so much.

The kitchen is not gourmet but it has a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.

TVs will be in the living room and sleeping cove.

The lot is large and has a patio and firepit that you're welcome to use.
