This cozy private basement guest suite is 5’ to the beltway, 30' to the airport, 13'-20' drive to major universities (JHU, Towson, Morgan, UM Balt). It features a large backyard with an above ground pool. This place is great for respectful singles, couples, and business travelers for short or medium-duration stays.

**NOTE: 1. This guest suite has LOW CEILINGS (6’1” to 6'10"). Anyone over 6' tall will find the low ceilings uncomfortable. Your ideal height for comfort would be 5' 10" or shorter.

The space
This private modern guest suite has a large walk-in shower, a smart TV (access any of your own subscription services such as Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, HBO and more. There is no cable TV.), and a Bluetooth soundbar to play your music. See the house manual upon booking for usage instructions.

*** There is a small kitchen with a cooking top, a fridge, a microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, some silverware&cooking ware, plates and bowls - good enough for restaurant leftovers or simple preparations.

*** IMPORTANT: There is absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING on the property (even outside). If you are a smoker, please don’t bother booking as any smell of smoke after your stay will earn you a 1-Star review and a cleaning fee. It is unpleasant for me, the owner, as well as for guests who have to be welcomed by the stale smell of smoke.

***PARKING: There is plenty of parking on the street but we have an unspoken rule where homeowners have priority in front of their homes. Guests should always park in front of the house by the light pole and if needed, i will move my vehicles to accommodate. Accross the street is also good for parking.

Guest access
Check-in starts at 3:00PM. Any unauthorized early Check-in will terminate the reservation and no refund will be provided.

The entire unit has private access with keyless entry, separate from the rest of the house. The bedroom has a keyed door for additional security. I do have a spare, just in case the key is lost. (I will never access the unit while a guest is booked, without notifying the guest and receiving the guest's approval.)
*** The backyard is common area. I do my best to provide guests as much privacy as possible during their stay.
*** For your own safety, please do not go outside the backyard fence/gate. Some neighbors drive in the back alley to access their homes.

Other things to note
This is a family friendly home with children. We will do our best to keep the noise level to a minimum and our younger children are usually in bed by 8:30 pm.

For a 5-Star review, please clean your dishes and leave the space as tidy as you can. There is dish soap and a sponge under the sink.


*** The checkout time is 11am and there is a late checkout fee of 50$. We ask you to leave at checkout time so we have enough time for the cleaners to do their job and get the place ready for the next guests.
*** Please do not remove any instruction manuals from the suite.
*** This space is not suitable for partying or being loud late into the night.
*** Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
*** Smoking inside will earn you a 1-Star review, an additional $300 cleaning fee and AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.
