This is a two bedroom, two bath home and sleeps 4 comfortably, 2 on each of the two queen beds. Everything in the home is new and some items fragile. The yard is beautiful, neighborhood fun, old town a short walk away and university a half block away! There is plenty of room and hot water, as there is a tankless hot water heater providing unlimited.
