One bathroom with shower/bathtub and washer/dryer. Open concept living. Space has lots of natural light. One key secured closet for valuable belongings. Backyard with picnic table and available gas grill. One vehicle assigned parking. Street and public parking is available. Pets are welcome.
EV Charger available for $10/day fee. A 4 prone outlet is provided by the parking space, just bring your cable to plug in.

Guest access
One assigned open air parking spot on the driveway. Street parking is free and there is a municipal parking lot within the block (free parking).
