We own and manage these small, vintage-boutique apartment buildings and convert some or all of our units to furnished apartments available for extended stays. We specialize in offering fully furnished, stylish, and comfortable neighborhood stays.

It was nice to be away from downtown and feel safe and sound in Oak Park. The train was only a 5 min walk from the apartment. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, towels were provided, the mattress was comfortable, TV worked perfectly, WiFi was great, the list goes on. The apartment was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again."

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in a 10 unit apartment building that I own and manage. The apartment was recently updated.. The master bedroom has a queen bed with new and comfortable linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal or to use regularly during a long-term stay. Parking is available on the property. Pets OK w/ pre-approval (contact host).

The apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest and we keep it spotless. We provide a Smart TV (Roku) and high-speed wireless internet. If you are staying longer than a week - we provide fresh linens and towels as needed. We maintain a management office nearby and we are available to assist you during business hours. This apartment is perfect for a Chicago getaway, a long vacation, or a business trip.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. We will provide instructions for access to the apartment via a lockbox which will be available 24/7.

*Free parking is available on the property (one space).
*Coin Laundry (washer and dryer) is available in the building.
