Guest access Guests have access to laundry room, with free use of the washer and dryer. Bike Storage is available onsite and free of charge to store a bike during your stay. Parking is for 1 (ONE) Car only
Other things to note Parking is for one car only and is a reserved spot located in the private parking lot behind the building (private driveway on the right hand side of the building leads to the private parking lot for the building)
The building has radiated heat the temperature is set between 68 and 74° depending on the outside temperature you will not be able to control the temperature outside of this range during winter months.
