Our main goal is for everyone to have a wonderful visit! In order to make that happen there are just a handful of resort/house rules which must be followed by all guests:
*There is absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside the house. The house has a sensitive smoke detector with remote alarming. Any guests smoking in the home will be removed immediately with no refund. You are welcome to smoke all you like outside. If there is any evidence of smoking inside you will be charged $250.
*This is a townhome complex and each unit shares walls with others. We want everyone to be able to play and relax without being disturbed by neighbors. The resort-wide quiet time starts at 11pm. Any guests being loud and disturbing other guests after that time will be removed with no refund.
*There are no pets allowed at this home. If pets are observed at the home the guests will be asked to make other pet accommodations or leave the home.
