The space Urgent Notice: This condo is presently discounted because the property is going through remodeling (the surrounding buildings) The balcony/Terrace is missing right now but will be reinstalled soon (no set dates by the HOA yet). The workers start around 8am and finish at 4pm Monday through Friday. Current tenants so far have not complained about this ongoing situation and are quite satisfied.
