Thoughtfully designed to include everything you might want in a beautiful small space. Guests enjoy off street parking a few steps from a private entrance, a private porch and yard that is directly across from a community park surrounded by a 1 mi. walking loop. Conveniently located less than a mile from HEB and some of our city's best restaurants/shopping in the Lamar Park Center and only a few short miles away from breathtaking bay front views and a 20 minute drive to our warm sandy beach!

The space
You will have your own parking space right in front of your guest suite. You will have access to the yard and picnic table as well!

Guest access
You will have the entire guest suite. The space is completely private with a yard and picnic table outside the front door.

Other things to note
Since our guest suite is attached to our garage you may hear the garage door running up and down once or twice a day. The garage takes less than 10 seconds and we try to only use it between 8am-9pm unless otherwise noted. PLEASE LET US KNOW if you have a special request regarding the noise from our garage door (for example, a baby who needs to sleep or an early bedtime) and we will be HAPPY to accommodate!
