**Please note, this airbnb is not conducive for large groups, late nights, and noise. We love our tenant in the unit below, and want to respect them, so we do have quiet hours from 10pm-7am. If you're hoping to turn on some music, consume copious amounts of alcohol and have animated conversation with your friends into the early morning hours, this probably isn't the Airbnb for you. We hope that in being very upfront with that, we can avoid any unmet expectations or misunderstandings.

Other things to note
We do supply coffee, tea, seasoning, olive oil, etc, for everyday cooking needs. Our unit is great for a family of 4 or less. We have washer/dryer available for a small flat fee of $7. We charge this fee so that those who do not need to use the laundry get the best day rate possible. Please no pets, due to allergies.
