The unit is lovely and comfortable, has a full size bed with a 43 inch Roku/Smart TV. There is also a desk to work or study. Lots of storage ! Amenities: washer/dryer on site, on-demand home maintenance service, free assigned parking.

The space
The building is two minutes away from Johnson and Wales University, Barry University, steps from cool restaurants and cafes, City Hall and the Museum of Contemporary Art. It is also a 10 minute drive to Aventura and the beaches of Bal Harbour. Super convenient location to access the highways. The perfect place to live for short or long term.
Additional fee of $150 per month will be paid by the tenant for electricity and internet.

Guest access
There is 1 assigned parking per unit. Please make sure you look at your unit number and the corresponding parking spot with same number. You can only park on that spot.
If you have a guest please have him/her park in a parking close-by.

Other things to note
150$ per month for wifi and electricity, to be given at move in.

Toilet paper, kitchen paper, and a couple of trash bags are provided at move in so that the first few days are covered. However tenant is responsible for all future supplies if staying longer than a week.

NO mailbox key provided . If guest purchases something through Amazon or other , the box will be left at the entrance door .
We only provide mailbox keys for reservations that are 6 months and more.
