Kitchen w/glass top stove, full side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, Keuring/Expresso/Coffee (Starbucks whole bean and ground coffee, creamer/sweetner), air fryer, under counter LED lighting, pullout faucet/two-bay full-sized sink, granite counters, and etc. Fully stocked with Instant Pot, griddle, Wok, pots/pans, baking pans, toaster oven, toaster, Icee maker, and etc. The spacious kitchen area is equipped with all the basics dishes, silverware, beer mugs, wine/margarita/beer/insulated glasses, oil, salt/pepper, condiments, seasonings, strainer, slice, storage containers, Ziplock, Saran Wrap, tin foil, chip clips and etc.
Bathroom features full-size walk-in shower with detachable rainfall shower head, oversized subway shower tiles, glass doors, led faucet, high bowl toilet, high vanity, well-lit vanity lighting, and exhaust fan.
Bedroom equipped with queen foam bed. The site is enclosed with a 6’ tall white PVC privacy fence to a shared yard, gated entrance, multiple motion-sensor LED security lights, and double door entry. This Bungalow, with its high vaulted ceilings, is a freestanding house behind owners’ main house. It features a separate driveway and entrance for as well as shared yard space with a tiny house and primary home.

About 1 day prior to your arrival I will text all the helpful tips and additional information to you. This will also be printed and posted in the space. You are always welcome to call or text me if you have questions. Airbnb rules won't allow my number to be displayed until after booking, but you can ask questions via the app prior to booking.
Other things to note
The fenced in yard is shared with the primary house and bungalow. On the second floor of the house is a cat. Tide Cleaners, a 24 hour drop off laundry site, is 4 miles away. Drop off and pick up in 24 hours for $3.00 pound. Sunnyland Laundromat, where you do your own laundry, is 1/2 mile away.
