Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it renewable energy power and carbon neutral. This is Fort Collins' premier vacation rental!

This truly is the gem of Fort Collins - this home is the premiere rental in Fort Collins.

You have access to the entire home and garage. The rooftop patio is shared with the carriage house behind this rental. You'll have four 2-hour time slots each day to use the rooftop patio totally privately.
