We are just a short drive from Monterey and Carmel. So many sights to see in this area. Fishermans wharf, lovers lane, Monterey Bay aquarium, Cannery Row. Our house is just 5 minute drive from John Steinbeck museum and his original house he grew up in as a child. Much more history in this area.

You will have the entire house to yourself. Great location near most conveniences in North Salinas, Close to shopping, convenience stores, Northridge mall, Safeway grocery store, pharmacies, library, bus stops and more. This house is really centrally located in a quiet family neighborhood. We are very close to both Natividad and Salinas Valley Memorial hospitals. Both hospitals are only a 5-10 minute drive from the house. This unit has been rented to traveling professionals in the medical field working at the local hospitals as well as Agricultural professionals who are working in the area for a limited time. Because the home is fully furnished and includes all the amenities most traveling professionals enjoy staying here especially in the medical field. Price includes all utilities such as electrical, gas, water, and trash. Additionally we have fire stick for TV programming or your welcome to use your own devices if you brought them. Includes a full sized kitchen with a stove and oven. Extra dining seating at the breakfast bar with built-ins. Home comes furnished to include all linens, kitchen full stocked with a double door fridge, microwave, newer oven, large sink and has all the pots and pans for cooking etc. Great for families in transition for housing. This house may be a better option than staying at a hotel with a kitchenette. Comes with a full kitchen and much more room. Will consider a pet with additional pet rent. Will consider shorter terms as well. All utilities and wifi, fire stick TV, included in the price of the rental. Also, comes with laundry room, newer washer and dryer included. The Laundry may be shared at times as this house has a guests house / mother in law unit behind main house and may be rented while you are there. The main house is completely private and has its own entrance as wells as the guests house. The laundry is not part of the main house and does not have access to the main house it is a stand alone building behind the main house. Message if you have questions.

Great neighborhood in North Salinas, within 5 minute driving distance to Old Town Salinas. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula ( Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, and Carmel by the Sea ).
This house is very Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator available for use only to you not shared with anyone else.
