Safe, peaceful, secluded and family-friendly quiet corporate type neighborhood tucked away in the country over looking a farm fields, a creek bottom and woods...no race tracks or city traffic noise.

This is our family home and is in a family-friendly neighborhood where it should not be confused for a place to party. We require renters to be at least 25 years old, only guests on reservation allowed and do not permit parties.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and 1.5 acre yard. Access will be provided by either the garage keypad code or service door smart lock code.
There is a 4.5-car garage, but only 2 spaces will be available for indoor parking.
Other things to note
5/27/23 Just completed a 26' x 14' paver patio and walkway to the court. Brand new loaded hot tub is on this patio.
Smart home features include: Kohler digital steam/6-valve shower, WiFi Mesh Network for good signal on all 3 floors, Netflix and Roku TVs 75", 65" 55"...7 total, Smart HVAC system, Smart garage doors, 6 Alexa's, 2 GoogleHomes, in/exterior LED lighting, exterior service door deadbolt touchpad entry, etc.

Only guests on reservation are allowed to enter property/house. This is our family home and is in a very family-friendly neighborhood where it should not be confused for a place to party. Parties are not allowed - if you are looking to rent a house to party, get drunk, please do not select this house. Thank you. My neighbors will contact me with any issues.
Smoking is not allowed, this includes marijuana and vaping. We have smart smoke detectors that will alert us.
No shoes in the house.
Exterior security cameras (facing out, they do not look into interior spaces).
Residence does have a pool. All children (and others who do not know how to swim) must be supervised 100% of time on residence.
We require renters to be at least 25 years old.
