The space
Please note, these are Timeshare units with full kitchens, not hotel units. This resort is half timeshare, half hotel. You are not a hotel guest when you rent these units, you are timeshare guest and there are different rules/regulations since the timeshare units have a full size refrigerator unlike the hotel units. There is NO FREE BREAKFAST at this resort for anyone anymore. They are currently not offering breakfast to anyone at this resort. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.

The Resort will provide pool and shower towels, linens and pillows but As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY OF THE TIMESHARE RESORTS. THE RESORT WILL ALLOW LEGITIMATE SERVICE ANIMALS BUT NOT EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS.

Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $100 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. Unit has a FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR!

Washer and Dryers are available in the resort(not in the units) on Floors 3, 6 & 7. There is laundry soap available to purchase or you can bring your own. Cost for washer is $1 per load and cost for dryer is $1 per load.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.

Other things to note
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Barclay Towers Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy. The rental guarantees UNIT/LODGING ACCOMODATIONS ONLY. WE makes no promise as to the availability of ANY or ALL amenities at the resort.
