Private tiny home in a fire station theme. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and porch. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/air fryer/convection oven combo, half fridge/freezer, Insta-pot, two burner cooktop, Keurig, under counter LED lighting, huge single bay stainless sink with pull out sprayer, diamond plate backsplash, pots/pans, and kitchen cabinet storage space. There is a newly created lanai/bbq area with lanai lighting, fountain, propane and charcoal grills, fire pit and seating.

The space
This tiny home is a private freestanding house behind owners’ main house. Also on the property is a free-standing bungalow. The yard is enclosed with a 6’ tall white PVC privacy fence. There are multiple motion sensor LED security lights and double door entry. The bathroom has a small walk-in shower with a detachable shower head. The bathroom is separated from the remainder of the building with an accordion door. Restroom complete with pedestal sink and fire alarm medicine cabinet.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave/air fryer/convection oven combo, half fridge/freezer, Instapot, two burner cooktop, Keurig, under counter LED lighting, huge single bay stainless sink with pull out sprayer, diamond plate backsplash, pots/pans, and kitchen cabinet storage space. Also features full dishes, drinking glasses, wine/beer/shot/highball glasses, insulated cups to go, knife set and sharpener, scissors, chip clips, storage containers, zip locks, saran wrap, tin foil, cooking utensils, spices, seasonings, oil/seasonings/condiments, and other kitchen needs. Stocked with snacks and water for your first day in. Coffee station is complete with coffee, sugar, Splenda, other sugar substitutes, and creamer.

Bed is a twin Casper with Serta pillows. AC, TV with Wi-Fi and local antenna.
Bathroom amenities include detachable shower head, exhaust fan, and magnifying mirror. Items provided include heating pad, iron, blow dryer, tooth-brush, tooth paste, razor, shampoo, conditioner, bar and body soap, sanitizer, scissors, Q-tips, first aid kit, toilet paper, paper towel, hangers, towels, wash cloths, extra bedding, and etc.

For your leisure you will find an assortment of crafts including; paints/brushes/canvas, puzzles, marker/pen/crayons, books, high-speed Wi-Fi, local TV, Netflix, Pandora, Bluetooth speaker, charging cords, and other essentials. Upon request, beach supplies can be provided, including beach chair, towel, cooler, umbrella, umbrella stand, sunglasses, hat, and beach bag.

Porch has a great view with a beautiful bistro set. One tenant only, no animals, children, overnight guests or inside smoking allowed. If prior advance notice provided, expanded check-in times are available. There is a fire pit, propane and charcoal barbeque grill, fire pit and other amenities.
Owner, firefighter/EMT, lives on the second story of home (moved from MI in 80’s) with a long-haired cat. Privacy is ensured, owner available when needed. Bike, walk, beaches, shop, eat.

There are several forms of transportation available, including Lyft, Uber, Lee Tran (Bus), and other forms. Within walking distance of several strip malls with restaurants, supermarkets, and other stores.

In the immediate area is Tide Cleaners, a 24 hour drop off laundry site, which is located 4 miles away. Drop off and pick up in 24 hours for $3.00 pound. Sunnyland Laundromat, where you do your own laundry, is 1/2 mile away.
This tiny fire station themed home is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Coconut Point Mall (4.2 miles), Gulf Coast Town Center (2.8 miles), Miramar Mall (3.6 miles), Hertz Arena (3.2 miles), Sanibel Causeway (13 miles), Fort Myers Beach (7.7 miles), Bonita Beach (7.9 miles), Florida Gulf Coast University (3.1 miles), Fenway Park South (7.3 miles), Hammond Stadium (5.3 miles), Trafalgar Field (21 miles), Naples Beach (23 miles) and access to many other places to select from to eat, shop, play and relax. Close to many main roads (1/2 mile to 41, 5 miles to I-75), you can travel to Naples and surrounding areas quickly. Travel time to beaches will be greater during the season due to tourists and construction in Lee County.

There are a lot of places to eat out or deliver in the area.
