The space Pros: *Great location. Short walk to the MGH, TD Garden, North End restaurants, Freedom Trail, and other historic sights *Walking distance to large grocery store *Near parks and waterfront *Reliable and fast wifi *TV in unit *Private workspace in unit *In Unit Laundry
Cons: *Older unit. Constructed in 1800s. Floors slanted in some places. *The bedroom faces a busy road during rush hour. A small number of guests may find it noisy. Please do not book if you're sensitive to noise. If you're used to some city noise, you should be fine. *The building is cooled in summer by window AC units.
Self scoring the apartment quality we'd say we're *midscale* quality. A clean and comfortable, but imperfect experience.
***Parking*** We can provide access to one free parking spot nearby during your stay. However, our building does not have a parking lot. The free parking we will provide is a 100% reimbursement of the nearby lots/garage fees. There are many choices in the area, some less than a sixty second walk away. Just submit a receipt of your cost and we will reimburse in full.
We recommend 600 Commercial St, Boston. It's a large, secure garage just a sixty second walk away from our place. Can see many other choices for parking on the Spothero app.
Other things to note This unit should be rented by individuals on medical related travel or family members visiting them.
