This large 900 sqft 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment is located in the basement of our home and has a private walkout entrance to our backyard. The space includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfy queen size bed, kitchen table, large desk with nice office chair, a couch, an outside patio with table and chairs, a gas fireplace, and high speed internet.

The space
The apartment stays nice and cold throughout the summer. And with the gas fireplace it can get nice and toasty in the winter. There is also lots of natural lighting (with actual windows that look outside, not window wells).

It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood minutes from Garden of the Gods. And close to I-25 and other major roads to get anywhere in Colorado Springs quickly.

We live upstairs so you will occasionally hear our normal everyday life noises upstairs but we are generally really quiet. And we will be especially respectful of those noises during normal sleeping hours.

Attention to detail and cleanliness are very important to us!

Guest access
Lots of free street parking is always available very close to our short driveway.

Please be advised that the access walkway around the side and back of the house will get snowy in the winter. Since the walkway is long and made of loose gravel, it is not feasible for us to shovel it. Nor are we around all the time to constantly clear the snow. So consider bringing winter boots to keep your feet warm and dry to get back to the apartment entrance through the snow.

Other things to note
It is a pet and smoke free house for us and our guests. Please no extra visitors are allowed day or night.
