Other things to note
* Please do not smoke on the premise (not on the deck either) that includes no hookah, no weeds and no drugs!
*No pets
* The base rent set here is based on 1 person. Please honestly reserve with the exact # of guests staying. Extra guests other than the registered guests should bear the extra fee $15 per person per night.
* The parking lot is a paid parking, please do not randomly park there to avoid being towed, please contact Melissa if you want to rent a spot.
* CCTV security cameras are in the building entry areas.
*Please turn off or lower down heater when you are out for at least a couple of hours.
*Please recycle as much as you can to reduce the garbage, even food can be recycled as compost.
*Since it is a quiet building, please be quiet after 10 PM.
*Please use hair trap in the tub and throw away hairs after each shower to avoid clogging the drain.
* We have limited quantity of high chair and crib, first come first serve, if you need them, please check with us first if they are still available. We are not obligated to provide if they are taken by other guests.
Please do not use washer and dryer in the late evening.
The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $80/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $100 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy.
The long term cleaning fee is the basic cleaning fee multiply the number of months.
