The space
Since the basement has 15 A circuit breaker, please use each of the kitchen electrical utensils in individual time intervals. Extension cable is just for your convenience. Light cooking is acceptable. Kitchen utensils are inside the drawers. Large refrigerator works but not connected to filter, therefore there is no cold water. Tap water is drinkable.

Guest access
The entire walk-in basement is not suitable for temporarily disable guests. There are two ways to go to the unit: The first one is in between the townhouse block passing the slightly sloped grassy ramp and the other is using the pathway connected to nature . If the guest has crutches or wheelchair or having a knee surgery, for their safety I could not recommend my unit.
