Decorated in a turquoise beachy decor, it gives you a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you step inside! There are gorgeous water views of the lake from both the first and second floor. The space
The Seashell Cottage is conveniently located about 30-35 min to some of the most beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key! It is 10 miles from the Sarasota (SRQ) airport, and about one hour from Tampa International Airport TPA. It is 7 miles or 15 min from the world renowned IMG Academy. The townhome has a full kitchen with all new appliances and everything you might need for cooking your meals at home. You will find a large romantic soaking tub, two bedrooms with queen beds, a quaint and cozy lanai with beautiful water views, and your own private hammock over a seashell beach.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage to yourselves, the neighborhood pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. You have a private parking space right in front of the cottage. There is also plenty of guest parking available nearby.
