Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and queen size air bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.

The space
The suite is the perfect private space to come home to after a hike, driving color tour, visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, or spending time with friends and family in the Loveland area. (If touring Rocky Mountain National Park between May 24 through October 20, please note that you will need a timed entry pass permit to enter the park for each day that you want to visit.)

You will receive a personalized entry code to a shared front door. The unit will be sanitized prior to your visit. The bedroom has a spacious closet for your travel bags and a rod and hangars. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room for viewing local channels or your personal viewing options straight from your own device via Chromecast. There is a full size sofa, sitting chairs and table and chairs in the Living Room and a queen size air bed. We also have a port-a-crib available for infants and toddlers. On cold weather days the gas fireplace features a thermostat for you to adjust according to your own heat preference. Basic personal products, hair dryer and plush towels are stored in the full size bathroom. Two portable fans are available for your use during warm summer days. The mini kitchen includes a bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, electric water pot, counter top oven, toaster, hot plate, basic cookware, dishes, silverware and glassware for four.

We do not ask for a security deposit. A stay in our home will be one of the most economical and comfortable places to lodge in Loveland. This space is on the main floor of our home with a private bath and sitting area.

Guest access
You will have access to wireless internet service. There are several places to relax and sit outdoors during warm days. Our backyard flows into seven private acres that you can enjoy for a morning walk or just breathe deep and get some Colorado fresh air. There is ample street parking in front of our home.

Other things to note
Loveland is approximately a one hour and fifteen minute drive to Denver International Airport.

We do live within one block of an active train track. We are accustomed to the rumble of the train but if this will bother you, our home will not be the best fit for you.
