This is a separate basement unit in a townhouse with private entrance. There is a kitchenette and bathroom in the basement. The washer-dryer is shared with upper-level guests.
The space The space has all of what you need for a short stay in a nice neighborhood, close to Route 29, restaurants and shopping just outside DC beltway.
Guest access You will have access the entire basement. The washer dryer is shared with upstairs and your private portion is separate from the rest of the house. You have your own full bath and small kitchenette. Living and dining area.
Other things to note * The AC and heating system thermostat is controlled from upstairs and set on normal temperatures for the season. Please let us know if you have a specific need and we will make sure it is taken care of. A portable space heater can be provided if needed.
