Originally converted into apartments in the 1930s–40s and carefully renovated in 2018, this residence preserves much of its original character while offering the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The design draws inspiration from an early Belmont pharmacy that once served the neighborhood. A striking apothecary-style mural anchors the kitchen, setting the tone for a space that blends history, craftsmanship, and warmth. Original architectural details were intentionally maintained and salvaged as part of the historic renovation, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

The apartment features a king bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony—perfect for a quiet morning or evening unwind. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, while high-speed Ting internet and a SmartTV with YouTube TV support both work and relaxation.
