It has brand new everything - living room, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, etc. Furnished with gorgeous, handpicked and comfy furniture, art and decor.
The house next door was recently built by "Two Chicks and a Hammer" and bought by a local celebrity. It is in the safe and central Bates Hendricks neighborhood. WELCOME HOME!
The space

* Please note that this is a townhouse which means it is one side/home of a duplex and that it shares a wall with the other townhouse (the other side of the duplex). A duplex is a multi-family structure with 2 homes in it which share a common wall.
* There is some level of noise that goes through the shared walls since this is not a soundproofed wall. We have quiet hours as part of our house rules, but still you might hear some noise from the other unit during the day and possibly the night.
LAYOUT:

When entering the townhome you will walk into the open concept living room with a very comfy couch and loveseat with a 55" Roku Smart TV. From there, you will walk into the connected dining room. The full kitchen is behind the dining room and behind the kitchen is a full bathroom with laundry. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite master bathroom. All the bedrooms have new beds with super comfortable, brand new memory foam mattresses.
REGARDING TV:

We do not provide live cable TV. However, we provide the Roku enabled smart TV through which you should have access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu etc. as well as all network TV app like HBO Max, Showtime etc. We do NOT have or provide a username or password for any apps… so it is up to the guest to use their account for whatever apps they prefer and use. If you do not have account logins, but want to watch certain apps, we suggest you create an account with those apps. You can also create free trial accounts for some apps.
Guest access
Guests can self check-in via a smart lock and will access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse which is one side of a duplex (a duplex is a multi-family structure with 2 townhomes in it which share a common wall).
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Please read over the house rules!
* No parties / events
* No smoking inside the house
* Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
* No pets (allowed very rarely on a case by case basis)
* No infants (allowed very rarely on a case by case basis)
* We love to host responsible guests who promise to treat the place like their own home and not like a hotel room.
If any of these house rules are broken, we would HAVE to immediately cancel the booking without any refund. Additionally, there will be a claim submitted for any damages or theft. Thank you in advance for treating this place like your home!
