Modern, updated guest suite in a suburban setting. This lower walkout level has a private entrance and full size windows to bring in lots of natural light. Complimentary breakfast and coffee bar that includes a variety of options. There are views of our pond from the unit's entrance. Aside from our fenced, friendly backyard chickens and ducks, it's very common to see deer, groundhogs, bunnies, beavers, frogs, owls, hawks, and much more around the property!

The space
Entire unit was renovated in 2017. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors, large shower with two shower heads, and full size washer/dryer. Tamper resistant outlets (in case you're bringing little ones). We also have a whole house standby generator to keep you up and running even during a power outage.

Other things to note
Unit's heating/cooling is centrally controlled. Generally, it runs a little cooler than the rest of the house. We will make every effort to balance it out for the duration of your stay but it's not an exact science. We can make adjustments upon request.
