The space
*Golf cart is available for an additional fee. Price includes preparation and tax. A signed golf cart liability waiver must be provided prior to arrival to include a copy of the operator's valid driver's license. Golf cart reservations are non-refundable.

Inquire for availability and pricing. Golf cart rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.


PLEASE NOTE, there are 4 units on the property. While you will have complete and private access to the unit including your own back patio, there is also other units (including above) that may or may not be occupied during your stay. The backyard as an amenity is to be considered shared amongst any guests on the property. Walls are shared and there is a unit above. Walking noise is to be expected.


HOME HIGHLIGHTS...This 1-Bedroom apartment is tucked away in Destin's luxurious community, Crystal Beach. "Kris + Lauren's - Make Waves" is beautifully furnished and features a quick, 5-minute walk to the beach. This apartment features a king bed. It is perfect for couples!

Entering the home, you find yourself in the living area of the home. Here you will be welcomed by an open-concept, dining bar, kitchen, and living. Step outside on the patio and enjoy the evening sipping a relaxing glass of wine while overlooking the shared backyard.

Through the hallway, you will find a king bedroom with bathroom and a direct entrance to the patio.

The apartment is located a short walk to the private Pompano Beach access. Average walking time is 4-5 minutes until your feet hit the sand. You will also find yourself just minutes from The Destin Commons, outlet shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment.

WHAT TO EXPECT...

This home is professionally managed by us, personally and we are excited to be a part of your beach vacation! There are a few things we would like you to know prior to your stay with us:

- We are here to answer any questions you may have and offer any recommendations as you plan your stay and once you have arrived. Do not be shy to contact us for help.

- Should you experience any concerns during your stay, please alert us and we will see that these issues are addressed by our experienced and professional maintenance team or by us, personally.

-Tents/Canopies of any size are not permitted on certain parts of the beach. Chair/Umbrella rental available on-site at beach.

- Events are not permitted in this home or on the premises. Violation of this rule will lead to fines starting at $2,000.

- No bonfires or fireworks allowed on the beach. We will fine guests a minimum of $500 for fireworks on the beach.

- No smoking is permitted in this home.

- Two cars can fit in the designated partially covered parking in driveway. No parking on the street permitted. No trailers, RV's, or recreational vehicles.

- Initial toiletries, dish detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. are supplied, however it is the responsibility of our guests to bring/purchase any additional items needed during the duration of their stay.


- We are always improving our homes to ensure the most enjoyable stay possible. Photos may not be reflective of updates to the home happening throughout the year.

- Check in and arrival information will be sent 1-2 days prior to arrival.

-This is a family friendly community. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund.

- There are bugs in Florida, though we make every attempt to remove wildlife by regular spraying we cannot guarantee or refund if you find pests alive or dead.

- We may be biased, but you are planning your stay in one of the most beautiful areas around featuring unrivaled beaches and delicious dining - Don't forget to relax and enjoy all our area has to offer!

Damages caused by negligence will be charged to the reservation holder.

Other things to note
Security cameras on outside of rental.

The refrigerator's freezer space is limited as it is a SMEG; there are 4 ice trays included in the freezer.

We always recommend travel insurance for unexpected events that come up.
