The space
The condominium was built in 1980. It is maintained fairly well by a management company hired by the HOA, but there's room for improvements, which I've been demanding from the management company and HOA.

The condo is on the 3rd floor with only two flights of stairs which have lendings halfway through on each floor making it easy to climb.
