Other things to note
- Please note that the majority of the basement does not have windows, including the two bedrooms. While this creates a cozy and private atmosphere, it's important to be aware that natural daylight may be limited in these areas. However, we have provided ample lighting throughout the apartment to ensure a comfortable stay.

- The apartment is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evening hours. The neighborhood is walkable. Please ensure you pick up your pets waste as you walk throughout neighborhood.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and within the premises. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- We have implemented a strict no-party policy in order to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. We ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings in the apartment.

- For security purposes, we kindly request that you do not invite or bring any unauthorized visitors to the apartment without prior consent from the hosts.

- Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Any damages, breakages, or loss of items may incur additional charges.

- The individual parking space provided is suitable for one vehicle. If you have additional vehicles, please inquire about nearby parking options.

- Check-in is available at 4pm and check-out is by 10am. We can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs whenever possible, so please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- We recommend that you secure travel insurance to protect your belongings and personal well-being during your stay.
