Nice unit with separate entrance to the front of the house at the garage level. This unit has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, but does not include a laundry room. Has designated parking in the driveway. Excellent location, referentially 22 miles from downtown Atlanta and immersed in Gwinnett County, adjacent to highways 85, 285 and 29. Also very close to places where you will find all kinds of supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and much more.
The space
Lower level unit, please note that you can expect to hear a slight low noise from guests above, such as footsteps, but no more than that, not acceptable from anyone making loud noises and less at night. Parking is designed on the left side of the driveway and can block your car, but not parking on the right side of the driveway. no laundry; We won't change your bedding or clean Airbnb until you leave, but the unit has all the necessary supplies to clean up while you're staying. It is your responsibility to do your own laundry, including towels and bed linen.
Complimentary toilet paper roll and paper towel, trash bag provided, but no further services during your stay.
Avoid flushing toilet paper down the toilet to avoid plumbing problems
Guest access
The unit has a separate and private entrance with a smart lock, Only you will be able to access your unit through a door located in the front of the house on the driveway, but you must NOT access the backyard. There is a door in the second bedroom that opens to the backyard that is only to be used as an emergency exit. The unit is easy and convenient access for guests.
Other things to note
The house has septic tank and it is preferred that you dispose of ALL paper products in waste basket provided by toilet and not in toilet to avoid plumbing problems.
$100 smoking fee applies if unit smells like smoking of any kind once you leave . NO SMOKING permitted inside unit. No drugs , no parties. No more than 2 people allowed in unit over night, or more than the people for which the reservation has been stipulated. People can receive visits, but this cannot be extensive because it leads to confusion and breach of some of the stipulated rules.
