Small and simple, convenient and self contained, this studio unit has a full sized kitchen appliances and a private 3/4 bath with 4 foot shower. Elevator, semi-secured building, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas.

The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

The space
Small studio with private 3/4 bath. Full sized stove and fridge. For stays of over two weeks, we will come in and change the sheets and do a light cleaning.
