The space
A few mins drive to South Lake Tahoe, hiking trails, Nevada Beach, casinos, and tons of restaurants.

House rules:
- This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This is neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service
- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 10 am
- Two cars max allowed (we have two assigned parking under the complex)
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this unit

Please Note we have around 80 STAIRS. We have fully disclosed the stairs and do not give same-day refunds because we have stairs. Our Townhome is not recommended for the elderly or very small children. The stairs are shoveled regularly, but can oftentimes be slippery in the winter when it snows, and it is quite the workout to get your luggage to the top.


Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking spices, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent.

Late check out fee $100.
If not check out before 3 PM, another night will be charged.

This rental doesn't allow pets. If pets are found, guests will be charged a one-time $250 cleaning fee.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Guest access
Guests will have entire access to the home except for one owner's closet

There's a camera outside for safety reasons.
No Pets No smoking. $250 for violating the policy.
