The space
Main Floor: One Bedroom with a queen size memory foam bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet. There is also a full bath with a shower/tub. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located on the main floor as well. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cook ware, Keurig, toaster and more. There is also a large balcony on this floor with outdoor seating.
Upstairs: you will have a large game/entertainment room. Large Smart Tv, Arcade Game, other games for the kids (big and small) to play.
Downstairs: there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has two queen beds and a large spa like bathroom that boasts a beautiful walk in shower with soaking tub. This room also has a private balcony that is great for morning coffee! Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed. the mattresses on the bunk bed are just as comfortable as the other beds in the house. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house and all the amenities of Point Venture. There are two designated parking spots (free) in front of the townhome. Overflow parking is available but can fill up quickly.
