The space
This is a 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment. The bath has been recently remodeled. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that can open up into a bed.
You will find a fully equipped private kitchen. It includes a full-size fridge with freezer, gas stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the standard dishware, utensils, and cookware.
The bathroom and kitchen are PRIVATE-This is a completely separate and private unit on its own.
The unit is not large, ideal occupancy is 1 or max 2 people
AC unit with remote control.

Centrally located near the 10, 5, 60, 710, 101 highways with an easy access to Downtown LA, USC, Cal State LA.

City Terrace Park nearby has a wide variety of activities for children, teens and adults. It offers swimming, basketball & tennis, plus a playground, a splash pad, picnic areas & a gymnasium. Brand new coin laundry is available across the street.

NO SMOKING of any kind. There’s a charge of $60 if the house smells like smoke and an ozone machine is needed.

Pet policy:
Your dog is welcome to stay with you inside and out. Do not leave your pet home alone! No dog on furniture please. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out.
