Relax around the campfire at this peaceful, private spot close to Glacier National Park. Located above our garage with a separate entrance on a picturesque Montana property of 5 quiet acres, and a swing set for your kids to play on. This is the perfect getaway. Just a short 45 minute drive to Glacier National Park to spend your day hiking or driving through the incredible landscape, or if a lake is more your style, Echo Lake is 5 minutes away and Flathead lake is 15 minutes down the road.

The space
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, colander, crockpot, coffee maker, and lots of other things to use in the kitchen.

You are centrally located to year round activities. Glacier National park, Flathead lake, Jewel Basin for all your warm weather activities. Downtown Bigfork has great restaurants, wonderful parks for kids, the Summer Playhouse, and many fun shops! Then come visit us in the winter to ski on Whitefish Mountain Resort, located in the cute little town of Whitefish, MT, or you can ski Blacktail Mountain resort, located in Lakeside, MT. There is something to see and do year round!

TRAVELING WITH KIDS
We have your children in mind! For your use, there are things tucked in the closet. You will find there a pack n play with a clean sheet. There are some toys and Lincoln logs to build their own log cabin! On the top shelf in the closet are books to read and board games to play. In the desk drawer there are crayons and coloring pages for them to color. And maybe best of all, the swing set outside is theirs to use! Please let us know if we can do anything to accommodate you or your children further!

Guest access
You will have full access to the suite above the garage, as well as an outside lounging area with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a swing set for your kids.

Other things to note
Downtown Bigfork! There you can find the Playhouse, shopping, and restaurants. 10 minute drive

Flathead Lake! There are several beautiful beach access spots and picnicking areas at Wayfarers State Park. 12 minute drive

Glacier National Park! There is excellent hiking for all levels. The drive is gorgeous for those that are looking to see the Park but not hike. Here you could raft, fish, bike and hike. 45 minute drive

Downtown Whitefish! Beautiful to shop and find a local restaurant. In the winter the Whitefish Mountain Resort is an excellent place to ski. 45 minute drive

Dogs are allowed with a $35 pet fee, which you select when booking the reservation.
