The space
This is the basement of a Denver Square home in West Wash Park. Guests will have the apartment to themselves with a private entrance. They share the front porch, back patio, and coin operated laundry room with other residents.
Free street parking, just watch out for street sweeping the first week of every month. Please be aware there is a low soffit in the apartment. If you are taller than 6ft, you may hit your head!

Other things to note
Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings.
-Due to new city of Denver ordinances, there is not a door on the bedroom in order to conform with egress rules and regulations.
-This apartment is in located in a Denver Square home (single family homes that were separated after WWII into separate apartments). There is one furnace for the entire home. The thermostat is located in the main floor unit. If you need the temp increased or decreased, just let the host know and we can adjust it. We also can provide a space heater in case the other units are too hot and this unit is too cold!
-Please be aware there is a low soffit in the apartment. If you are taller than 6ft, you may hit your head!
-Washer and dryer are coin operated and shared by other residents in the building.
-We do not provide streaming services with the TV. The internet speed is good at 230 mbps.
-We provide towels, pillows, bed sheets, and hangers. We also provide one roll of toilet paper and hand soap to get you started for your month+ stay. We do not provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, paper towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
-There are motion activated security cameras on the front porch, front door, the back patio, and the back porch.
-We ask guests that need to receive mail via USPS to get a po box. Guests may receive packages from UPS and FedEx
-We can not accept guests with pets. A resident of the property has severe allergies to pets. The HVAC system is shared and this is a risk to their health.
